Your use of the website https://www.dronespro.com.au (the Website) and the purchase of any products (drones, UAVs, accessories) supplied by Drones Pro (We, Us, Our) is subject to the terms and conditions outlined below. Before you commit to any purchase, we strongly advise that you read these terms and conditions thoroughly, as any further use of the Website or any purchase made through the Website is tantamount to you accepting and agreeing to these terms and conditions. Drones Pro reserves the right to make any amendments deemed necessary to the terms and conditions at any time.

Customer Responsibility

Customers that purchase any product from Drones Pro accept full responsibility for that product during its operation by either themselves or another person that is given authorisation to use that product by the customer. Customers are responsible for learning and understanding the functions and operation of any product purchased from the Website, including controls needed to operate the UAV safely and in accordance with any laws or regulations. Customers are also responsible for learning and understanding the regulations and acceptable conduct surrounding the control, data capture and flight of any of the UAVs purchased through our Website, and our products must not be used to breach these, or any other, regulations or laws.
Drones Pro are not liable for any loss or damages incurred as a result, whether directly or indirectly, of the customer’s operation or ownership of any item purchased from the Website. Customers acknowledge that any UAV purchased from the Website is operated at their own risk.
Drones Pro will not be liable, nor will refund any costs, where any damage or loss is incurred which is caused by, but not limited to, pilot error, outside interferences, customer modification, or water damage caused because of the customer or other authorised operator’s use of the product.

Signing For Received Goods

All goods MUST be inspected for damage before the Receiver signs the Proof of Delivery form or PDA screen. By signing the goods as ‘Received in good condition’ you will void the Transit Warranty. If damage is evident, the receiver must write ‘DAMAGED’ on the Consignment note or PDA screen.

Pricing

The pricing for each product that is payable at the time of order is outlined on the Website in AUD and includes GST. Delivery charges are not included and are outlined separately. We reserve the right to alter any product price at any time, and the Website will be updated immediately should any price changes take place. When placing an order, customers will be charged the price shown on the Website at the time of purchase, provided the product is available for purchase.

Product Information

All information regarding products on the Website is taken directly from the manufacturer to ensure its accuracy. We aim to keep all product descriptions and images up to date wherever any changes take place. We cannot be held responsible for any alterations made to the product description or image by the manufacturer without our prior knowledge. We also cannot be held responsible for any alterations to the product image or description due to individual image resolution or computer settings.

Product Availability

Products shown on the Website are offered for purchase, subject to availability. Where any product is out of stock, this will be shown on our website, or a refund will be given for the price paid for the product at the time of order.

Product Warranties

All products purchased via the Website are subject to the Competition and Consumer Act 2010, including the consumer guarantees outlined within this Act. In addition to the legal rights available to customers, the products available for purchase on the Website are also covered by a manufacturer warranty against defects or faults caused during manufacture of the product.
Customers may make a claim against the manufacturer warranty via Drones Pro through the Website or alternative contact details outlined on our Contact Us page. Any claim is subject to notification of the claim within the terms outlined in the manufacturer warranty. Proof of purchase must be provided and the product must be returned to us to assess.
Claims will be processed as quickly as possible, along with any repairs or replacements that are required if the claim is accepted. Time frames for processing a claim, repair or replacement may be affected by circumstances outside of our control. It may be necessary to refer to the manufacturer to ascertain whether the fault is covered by their warranty. If this is the case, the time taken to process a claim may be affected.
It is the customer’s responsibility to back up any data that is captured and stored on the product’s internal memory. We do not accept any liability for the loss of any data stored on the product during repair or replacement.
Manufacturer’s warranties do not cover any misuse of the product or use of the product for purposes other than those for which it is intended. If a claim is rejected, customers will be given the option to have the product repaired or replaced at their own cost.
Any damage to the product that occurs during transit must be reported within 10 days of receipt of the product to qualify for a refund or replacement.

Refunds and Returns

Refunds and returns are not granted in instances where the customer changes their mind about their purchase, or if the product does not meet expectations due to a misunderstanding on the customer’s part. However, we may consider each request to exchange a product for an alternative or a credit note equal to the value of the product, provided the product’s condition is as good as new. If a refund is granted, it will be paid via the same method used to make the purchase.

Use of the Website

When using the website, customers must not take part in any activity that disrupts or interferes with the Website itself, it’s servers or it’s networks. We reserve the right to block the usage of the Website to any user, either permanently or temporarily, if we deem they have engaged in any illegal, fraudulent or abusive activity, or if any attempt is made to breach or interfere with the security of the Website. We also reserve the right to action any such restriction without prior notice. When appropriate, any such activity may be referred to the law enforcement authorities.
We do not accept any liability for any damages, either incidental, indirect or consequential, that may arise through use, or inability to use, the Website.
