Returns and Refunds

At Drones Pro, we value our customers and strive to ensure they are completely satisfied with their purchase if they choose to purchase one of our products. We understand that, under certain circumstances, there may be a requirement for a return or refund. We have therefore outlined our returns policy below to ensure that our customers are fully informed both before and after any transaction takes place. If any resolution is required, the type of remedy available will be determined by the length of time it takes to return the product to us.
It is highly recommended that any product purchased through our website is inspected immediately upon receipt to ensure there are no faults and that customers are entirely satisfied that the item matches the description provided on the website and that the quality is of an acceptable standard.

Second Thoughts Policy

When placing an order on the Drones Pro website, customers should evaluate their choice carefully, as our policy is not to provide a refund if a customer simply has changed their mind about their purchase once they have received their item, if the selection that they have purchased was made due to an error on the customer’s part, or if the product is found to be offered at a better price from an alternative retailer.
However, we are prepared to consider each request on an individual basis, and may be willing to provide an exchange or credit for the value of the product, provided it is unused and in perfect condition.

Before Returning Your Product

If there are any difficulties in getting a product to work, the first step should be to check the product manual to ensure that the product is set up correctly. If this does not rectify the issue, customers are encouraged to contact us via one of the methods outlined on our Contact Us page to go through possible solutions or to discuss options available and the procedure for return or repair.

Proof of purchase

To accept the return of a product, whether for an exchange, credit or refund, we must see a proof of purchase. It is therefore vital that customers keep a copy of the confirmation email received when a purchase is made. If it is not clear that a product has been purchased from our website, we are entitled by law to choose whether the return will be accepted.
Credit card or bank statements will not be accepted as proof of purchase, unless the value shown is an exact match for the product in question.

Damage in Transit

If a product is damaged upon delivery, customers will be entitled to a refund, credit or replacement. To qualify for one of these options, customers must inform us of the damage immediately upon receipt of the product.
All goods MUST be inspected for damage before the Receiver signs the Proof of Delivery form or PDA screen. By signing the goods as ‘Received in good condition’ you will void the Transit Warranty. If damage is evident, the receiver must write ‘DAMAGED’ on the Consignment note or PDA screen.

Returning an Item

To qualify for a refund, exchange or credit, products must be returned to Drones Pro for assessment as soon as reasonably practicable. Products will be inspected to determine the type and cause of the fault. Depending on the nature of the issue, this may be carried out by us or by the manufacturer. If no fault is found, or if a fault is found to be caused by misuse, no refund or replacement will be provided, and the customer may be liable for any costs incurred during the assessment of the product.
If a product is deemed repairable by the manufacturer, a repair may be provided within a reasonable time. If there is found to be an irreparable fault, a refund, exchange or credit will be provided. If the item does not match the description or specification stated on our website, subject to recent changes made by the manufacturer without our prior knowledge, a credit, refund or exchange will be provided.

Refunds

If we deem that a refund is the most suitable remedy for the issue raised, it will be made via the same method of payment used to make the original purchase. Whether we provide a refund in the form or cash or credit will be at our discretion.
